i.Ms.Tung indicated that the group is in the process of connecting with community <br />organizations about arts and culture. <br />ii.Ms.Hundley will connect with LPS K-12 Performing Arts and Visual Arts <br />Directors about the schools’Lex 250 -related activities.She will also connect <br />with faculty at Minuteman High School through town liaison Judy Crocker. <br />b.Publicity <br />i.Ms.Barry suggested that the group could publicize efforts currently in progress, <br />could re-tweet content from Rev 250,publicize the volunteer form,showcase the <br />logos,or communicate updates to the website <br />ii.Mr.Conners emphasized the importance of deciding upon the timing of events <br />early on <br />iii.The group reached out to Ashley Rooney,a community volunteer who expressed <br />an interest in volunteering <br />c.Government Relations <br />i.Mr.Cunha suggested possibility of having a separate working group for Patriots <br />Day weekend re-enactments <br />8.Other <br />a.Suggestion boxes have been ordered <br />b.Monument small working group will initiate a call for artists to submit design <br />proposals <br />c.Members of the Monuments and Memorials Committee suggested creating another <br />Captain Parker statue for the purpose of establishing a site where a wreath could be <br />laid.Mr.Cunha pointed out that wreaths are already laid by the Minutemen in honor <br />of Captain Parker and others who fought in the Battle. <br />d.The current vacancy needs to be advertised;the Select Board will vote on who will fill <br />the position <br />9.Next meeting:Wednesday,April 4,2023 at 4:30 pm. <br />10.Mr.Cunha made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 5:45 pm..The motion was <br />seconded by Ms.Roy and approved by roll call vote. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Jillian Tung
