<br />She suggested to remove the two shed dormers out of the roof on the front façade to mitigate the impact <br />to historic properties. <br />Mr. Rotberg stated this is much better than tear down. He also clarified there will be two dormers adding <br />to the existing old house. <br />Mr. Kalsow stated the additions and modifications to the existing house overwhelmed the originals. The <br />shed dormers on the historic house dramatically changed the existing roof line. <br />Ms. Pursley inquired about which original part of the house will demolished and proposed changes of it. <br />MOTION I: <br />Ms. Pursley made a motion that 71 Woburn Street is preferably preserved and Historical <br />th <br />Commission approved the plans presented during the meeting on December 14, 2022. Ms. <br />Fenollosa amended to delete the shed dormers on the front façade of the addition.
