• We discussed the need to purchase more promotional materials before the end of <br />June <br />• A proposal was presented to provide and install a video screen for the Lexington <br />Visitor Center lower-level space, the initial cost was listed as ~$11K. The Lex250 <br />commission voted to move forward with the proposal and Suzie Barry to ask Casey <br />to get formal quotes for the work and the timeline for when the work could be <br />completed <br />• The commission voted to move forward acquiring a popup tent with logo <br />7. Video Updates <br />• Steve Cole asked for feedback on next steps for the promotional video <br />• Adding more re-enactment material was suggested <br />• Suzie Barry suggested adding some short interviews with a diverse collection of <br />reenactors <br />• Mona Roy suggested asking people to create and submit short videos on what <br />Patriots Day means to them <br />8. Other Business <br />• Suzie Barry reported that at the June 6th, 2022 Select Board meeting the proposal for <br />building a monument to celebrate and commemorate the 250th Anniversary of the <br />Battle at Lexington <br />• The generous local donator Howard to be invited to that meeting <br />10. Next Meeting date <br />• The next scheduled meeting of Lex250 is Wednesday, May 25th, 2022 at 3:30 pm, <br />hosted virtually via Zoom <br />11.
