The three winners will be contacted and asked to keep the information confidential.
Ms. Tung will let all know that the decision has been made.
The only concern is that the vision of the Minuteman be original; Ms. Tung’s comfort level with
the artist is high.

Working Groups
Several committee members need to respond to the question of their preferred groups.
Update will be provided at the next meeting.

Video Update: Mr. Cole
Rick Orrington from LexMedia will be producing our video. Jeff Leonard will be providing music
from the Bicentennial Band. The video should be completed by end of next week.
Mr. Cole asked for all to go over it for input. Ms. Barry stated that captioning is a necessity.
She will check on the possibilities of running the video prior to Patriots Day. Some options
might be a Select Board meeting or at the March 28 opening of Town Meeting.

Suggestions for additional viewing are the Visitors Center (if a large screen is necessary there is
money available for the purchase), Cary Hall, the Library, and the Community Center.

Mr. Cole will update on progress.

Commemoratives
Materials for distribution to the public should become available as soon as possible; these
should include pins, flags, banners, t-shirts.
Additionally, stationery bearing the logo is suggested.

Other items
Contact with local and Boston media is necessary.

Ms. Jalelian spoke of the bleachers and review stand tickets for April 18, and the impressive
parade plans.

By motion made and seconded, and by roll call vote, the meeting was adjourned at 6 p.m.

Next meeting: Wednesday, March 23, 2022, 3:30 p.m.

Respectfully submitted,
Bebe Fallick
