Video Update: Mr. Cole Rick Orrington from LexMedia will be producing our video. Jeff Leonard will be providing music from the Bicentennial Band. The video should be completed by end of next week. Mr. Cole asked for all to go over it for input. Ms. Barry stated that captioning is a necessity. She will check on the possibilities of running the video prior to Patriots Day. Some options might be a Select Board meeting or at the March 28 opening of Town Meeting. Suggestions for additional viewing are the Visitors Center (if a large screen is necessary there is money available for the purchase), Cary Hall, the Library, and the Community Center. Mr. Cole will update on progress. Commemoratives Materials for distribution to the public should become available as soon as possible; these should include pins, flags, banners, t-shirts. Additionally, stationery bearing the logo is suggested. Other items Contact with local and Boston media is necessary. Ms. Jalelian spoke of the bleachers and review stand tickets for April 18, and the impressive parade plans.
