He will send a spreadsheet with <br /> the current status and sign-up for uncovered routes. <br /> Route P installation update <br /> Keith reported that all posts and signs have been installed — done. He hopes an <br /> updated version of the route map that includes Route P will be up on the town website <br /> within a couple of weeks. <br /> LHS construction impact on Routes B/E <br /> Keith noted that any new High School construction would impact Routes B & E. Not <br /> likely before 2026. We'll deal with it when it becomes more certain. <br /> Ongoing Business <br /> Bike/Ped Plan Update <br /> Peggy encouraged members to review and send comments on the draft material she <br /> has prepared as input to Sheila Page's preparation of the RFQ for a consultant to <br /> prepare the plan. Sheila is scheduled to join the June meeting to discuss GCC input. <br /> Pending Items: <br /> June 2 — Sheila Page to attend to review Bike/Ped plans <br /> Proposal to survey ACROSS brochure users/Marketing Plan — Fall Project (Susan) <br /> Archive options for maintaining copies of ACROSS artwork, etc. <br /> The meeting was adjourned at 5:35 pm. <br /> Next Meeting: June 2, 4:30-6 pm via Zoom <br /> Future Meeting Dates: September 8, October 6, November 3, December 1 <br />
