Reports/Updates: Article 35 OSRD Bylaw (Open Space Residential Development) Charles confirmed that the site plan review process by the Planning Board requires a look at pedestrian connectivity to any appropriate external resources (e.g., conservation land. The Planning Board cannot require public access across a property as a condition of approval — that would constitute a "taking". Often, developers will agree to public access through a deed, license, or easement. Meeting options update If the state's exemption for in-person meeting is not extended beyond July, we will be meeting in person starting in September. Hybrid meetings are possible. Brochure/Map redesign update Susan reported that there are just a few last details to be settled before the brochure is ready to go. We need an inclusive picture for the cover panel. This project is still on track to be to the printer when funds are available in July. Brochures will be delivered to Bob Hausslein's shed for further distribution.
