-3- <br /> amount is to be ear-marked for the purchase of coal from the <br /> present time to January 1, 1944, to be used in the year 1944. <br /> Mr, George W. Sarano told Chairman Lewis L. Hoyt that <br /> the Library Trustees were considering a new addition on the <br /> Library after the war and that they are now busy getting plans <br /> and specifications made. The cost would be around $500.00. There <br /> was a general discussion by this Committee but no action was taken. <br /> Chairman Hoyt stated that Messrs. A. Edward Rowse, <br /> George C. Sheldon, Lewis L. Hoyt and Harvey F. Winlock meet in <br /> regards to certain salaries of office employees in the Public <br /> Works Department.
