He is proposing to replace rear <br /> addition with an addition with the same width but extended by 16 feet, and bump out the existing <br /> 1 st floor bedroom by 12 feet(same existing width) in order to move the laundry from the <br /> basement to the first floor. Mr. Chitouras would like to do this in order to accommodate the <br /> laundry on the main floor. <br /> HC COMMENTS: <br /> Ms Pursley asked if the sunroom was original to the house. Mr. Chitouras was unsure, he said it <br /> was a 3-season porch at one point but does not think it was there originally. Mr. Kalsow <br /> welcomes this type of addition to the back of the house and feels it fits with the original character <br /> of the house. <br />
