Mr. Bitsko requested a three-year guarantee for the plantings. Mr.
Devlin stated that the project team will revisit the site in early Spring to determine what invasive
species are growing so they know how to treat and target the species. The Commission decided
that a plan will need to be submitted to the Conservation Commission by July 31, 2022 and it
will be reviewed and approved by the Conservation Commission prior to implementation.
Ms. Dohan asked about the area between Grove Street and Turning Mill Road and stated that
erosion control has been in place and should have been removed many years ago. Mr. Devlin
said that he is not aware of this site and will pass the message along.
On a motion by Ms. Samuels and seconded by Ms. Ladd, the Commission voted 7-0 by roll call
vote to approve the restoration plan as modified and required.
Record of vote as follows:
Duke Bitsko—Aye
Kevin Beuttell —Aye
Alex Dohan—Aye
Ruth Ladd—Aye
David Langseth—Aye
Holly Samuels —Aye
Phil Hamilton—Aye
7:07 PM New Public Meetings/Hearings
39 Ledgelawn Avenue -Request to Amend the Order of Conditions
ViewPoint Cloud Permit#AOOC-22-3, CNOI-21-41, DEP#201-1244
Applicant/Property Owner: Richard A.
