Mr. Bitsko requested a three-year guarantee for the plantings. Mr. <br /> Devlin stated that the project team will revisit the site in early Spring to determine what invasive <br /> species are growing so they know how to treat and target the species. The Commission decided <br /> that a plan will need to be submitted to the Conservation Commission by July 31, 2022 and it <br /> will be reviewed and approved by the Conservation Commission prior to implementation. <br /> Ms. Dohan asked about the area between Grove Street and Turning Mill Road and stated that <br /> erosion control has been in place and should have been removed many years ago.
