Public Participation via calling in or using your computer was encouraged. <br /> Commissioners Present: Kevin Beuttell, Duke Bitsko, Alex Dohan, Philip Hamilton, Ruth <br /> Ladd, David Langseth and Holly Samuels <br /> Associate Members Present: Vinita Bose and Jason Hnatko <br /> Staff Present: Meghan McNamara, Department Assistant <br /> 6:30 PM New Business/Pendine Matters <br /> Informal discussion on deck project at 27 Brent Road, Rich Kirby, LEC Environmental <br /> Mr. Rich Kirby, LEC Environmental,presented a proposal to construct a ground level wooden <br /> deck at 27 Brent Road. A portion of the deck falls within the 25-foot no disturb zone. Members <br /> of the Commission said that proposed invasive species management would be beneficial and <br /> proposed planting would need to meet the new buffer zone standards. <br /> Request for Certificate of Compliance: 501 Marrett Road, ViewPoint Cloud Permit# COC-22-6, <br /> DEP4201-1087, BL 1044 <br /> Ms. Hailey Page, Weston & Sampson, and Ms. Devin Herrick, Weston & Sampson,presented an <br /> overview of the Certificate of Compliance request to the Commission. The Commission did not <br /> have any questions and will continue this request to the next meeting to allow for a site visit <br /> before issuance. <br /> Vote on the minimal Article 97 risk to allow the completion of the sewer connection at 46 <br /> Turning Mill Road per the Order of Conditions <br /> On a motion by Ms. Ladd and seconded by Mr. Langseth, the Commission voted 7-0 by roll call <br /> vote to approve the statement of Town Counsel as evidence of the applicant's compliance with <br /> the section of the OOC that requires resolution of the driveway encroachment.
