A <br /> quorum of five was present throughout. <br /> Members Present: Cindy Arens, Celis Brisbin, Paul Chernick, Todd Rhodes (vice-chair), <br /> Dan Voss (Chair), Rick Reibstein <br /> Members Absent: Archana Dayalu, Charlie Wyman <br /> Staff Present: None <br /> Other Attendees: Permanent Building Committee members and guests (see PBC <br /> meeting minutes for February 1, 2022) <br /> The meeting was called to order at 5:15 pm. Todd referenced the opening statement requested by <br /> the Town Clerk, and all members present responded that they could hear. <br /> The meeting was a joint meeting with the Permanent Building Committee (PBC) to prepare for a <br /> Select Board meeting on February 71 to present recommendations for the Police Station. <br /> 1. The design team (Matt Salad and Jeff McElravy)provided an overview of recent design <br /> changes. <br /> 2. Ching Wen Hsiao (New Ecology) reviewed the energy model of the building comparing <br /> a LEED Baseline Model to the Proposed Design. <br /> a. Includes 388,000 kWh/yr Solar PV Production <br /> b. Total Site Energy Use: 1,316,350 kBtu <br /> c. Total Site Energy Use minus Solar PV: -7,506 kBtu <br /> 3. Reviewed LEED Lexington list and are currently at 66 points —above the Gold level of <br /> performance. <br /> 4. Matt Salad reviewed the Red List—there are a few items yet to resolve. <br /> 5. Jeff McElravy provided an overview of solar options and identified that 67,000 kWh <br /> should come from the building rooftop. <br /> 6.
