Vice Chairman White asked the Committee to <br /> reluctantly vote this budget in. <br /> Upon motions duly made and seconded, <br /> the Appropriation Committee moved to <br /> recommend the sum not to exceed <br /> $15,137,000 for the total line budget <br /> under Article IV. <br /> VII .
