He was quoted as saying it may be necessary <br /> to transfer $15,000 next April. <br /> b. Town Manager O'Connell briefly discussed the proposed <br /> 1974 Budget Calendar. Chairman Furash made it clear <br /> that it was most imperative to have an early review <br /> of all departments as to avoid the rush of last year. <br /> This was agreed upon by the Board of Selectmen and <br /> the Town Manager. <br /> c. Personal Services Budget was reviewed by Mr. O'Connell. <br /> Chairman Furash stated that he would like a freeze im- <br /> posed as of December 1, 1973.
