She expressed <br /> itnerseted in working with the Tourism Committee to create a database of all the memorials around Town. <br /> Visitors Center Opening September Celebration <br /> The Committee decided that they would like to move ahead with planning a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for the <br /> Visitors Center in the Fall. <br /> A motion was made and seconded to go to the Select Board to request to hold a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on a <br /> Friday in the Fall in conjunction with the Economic Development Office. The motion passed by roll call vote <br /> 7-0. <br /> Across Lexington Wayfinding Signage and Collaboration <br /> Keith Ohmart and Mike Tabaczynski of the Greenways Corridor Committee presented their updated trail map <br /> of the ACROSS Lexington trail system. The Greenways Corridor Committee is hoping to add additional <br /> signage around Town to help people find the trail system. <br /> A motion was made and seconded to endorse the efforts of the ACROSS Lexington group to add signage as <br /> appropriate to their project. The motion passed by roll call vote 7-0. <br /> Staff Report <br /> Casey Hagerty provided an update on Visitors Center operations. In May there were 4,500 visitors to the <br /> Visitors Center. Merchandise Sales and Battle Green tour tickets have increased. She reported that the <br /> Tourism Marketing account is all used or encumbered for FY2022. Liberty Ride is going to return in Mid- <br /> July. The tour will run three times a day Friday through Monday.
