Approved. Reports/Updates • 475 Bedford Street Update. Keith reported that the developer's presentation to the Planning Board included a sketch plan showing retention of the existing trail connection to the abutting Conservation parcel under the power lines. The same plan has received informal approval by the Conservation Commission. Keith will schedule a site visit for GCC members before the next meeting of the developer with the Planning Board scheduled for December 10. • Jefferson Drive Trail Connector Update. Mike reported that approval by the Lexington Conservation Commission has been received. Meeting with the Burlington Conservation Commission will take place within the next two weeks, at which approval is expected. Mike is preparing a list of materials to be purchased for the trail construction. He has scheduled December 11 as a workday for volunteers. • Introduction of Boback Moshiri as Prospective GCC Member. Recent resident of Lexington; avid hiker, runner, cyclist; work experience in marketing for one or more mapping companies. • Bridge School Trail Realignment. Mal reported that GCC and Conservation Steward volunteers completed the realignment and signage changes last weekend. The two sections of trail that are now closed are prospective Eagle Scout projects for naturalizing. • Open Space and Recreation Plan Update. Keith reported Amber will notify us when Karen has had a chance to meet with Melissa Batite (Recreation) to plan the process. • Bedford/Hartwell Transportation Improvements. Keith reported that Peggy attended the mid-October meeting. GCC members are encouraged to complete the online survey soliciting community feedback.
