Approved. <br /> Reports/Updates <br /> • 475 Bedford Street Update. Keith reported that the developer's <br /> presentation to the Planning Board included a sketch plan showing <br /> retention of the existing trail connection to the abutting Conservation <br /> parcel under the power lines. The same plan has received informal <br /> approval by the Conservation Commission. Keith will schedule a site visit <br /> for GCC members before the next meeting of the developer with the <br /> Planning Board scheduled for December 10. <br /> • Jefferson Drive Trail Connector Update. Mike reported that approval by <br /> the Lexington Conservation Commission has been received. Meeting with <br /> the Burlington Conservation Commission will take place within the next <br /> two weeks, at which approval is expected. Mike is preparing a list of <br /> materials to be purchased for the trail construction. He has scheduled <br /> December 11 as a workday for volunteers. <br /> • Introduction of Boback Moshiri as Prospective GCC Member. Recent <br /> resident of Lexington; avid hiker, runner, cyclist; work experience in <br /> marketing for one or more mapping companies. <br /> • Bridge School Trail Realignment. Mal reported that GCC and <br /> Conservation Steward volunteers completed the realignment and signage <br /> changes last weekend. The two sections of trail that are now closed are <br /> prospective Eagle Scout projects for naturalizing. <br /> • Open Space and Recreation Plan Update. Keith reported Amber will notify <br /> us when Karen has had a chance to meet with Melissa Batite (Recreation) <br /> to plan the process. <br /> • Bedford/Hartwell Transportation Improvements. Keith reported that Peggy <br /> attended the mid-October meeting. GCC members are encouraged to <br /> complete the online survey soliciting community feedback. <br />
