Homeowner
ABUTTER(S) PRESENT:
None
DOCUMENT(S):
Existing and proposed elevations dated May 6 t 2021
SUMMARY:
53 Peacock Farm Road was built in 1956 by Walter Pierce. The home was renovated in the
1990's and 2000's. The applicants are proposing to replace windows, replace the existing
sunroom, and put on an addition at the rear of the building. The windows are inconsistent with
the neighborhood so Ms. Flynn is proposing to use Marvin Elevate windows in bronze. The
sunroom foundation and insulation are both insufficient and the roof leaks. The proposed
sunroom will have the same footprint with a butterfly roof with cedar siding to match existing.
The proposed addition will be in the rear of the house. The Peacock Farm Association did
approve the project.
2
