Mr. Peters thanked Mr. Hornig for his presentation. <br /> ■ LexHAB <br /> Based on the discussion at the last HPB meeting, Mr. Pressman is concerned that LexHAB is <br /> not going to be pursuing the Vine St. housing project. <br /> ■ Lexington Housing Authority (LHA) <br /> Ms. Walker:The Select Board has appointed Maureen Rynn, a tenant at Countryside, to the <br /> LHA Board of Commissioners. <br /> ■ Council on Aging (COA) <br /> Work continues on the senior parking program.The COA is also reviewing the aid to <br /> families program. <br /> ■ SPRD Committee <br /> Review of the Open Space Residential Development(OSRD) zoning bylaw amendment is in <br /> progress. <br /> 9. Approve Prior Minutes <br /> Minor editorial changes were made to reflect comments from the Housing Partnership Board. <br /> Ms. Haskell moved acceptance of the prior minutes. Mr. Zhao seconded the motion. Ms. <br /> Thompson abstained.The motion was passed unanimously by the other HPB members. <br /> 10. New Business <br /> There was no new business. <br /> 11.
