tft <br /> Lexington Housing Partnership Board <br /> Meeting Minutes for August 19,2021 <br /> Attendees: Harriet Cohen, Nancy Corcoran-Ronchetti,Jeri Foutter, Mary Haskell, Bob Peters, Bob <br /> Pressman, Melanie Thompson, Melinda Walker, Betsey Weiss,John Zhao <br /> Absent: Paul Linton,Wendy Manz <br /> Guests: Ingrid Klimoff, Margaret Heitz, Charles Hornig <br /> The Housing Partnership Board (HPB) meeting was chaired by Jeri Foutter and minutes were taken by <br /> Harriet Cohen. <br /> 1. Call to Order Joint Planning Board and Housing Partnership Board Meeting <br /> The Planning Board and Housing Partnership Board Meetings meeting were called to order at <br /> 7:11 pm. <br /> 2. Planning Board's Current Housing Initiatives <br /> Charles Hornig presented the Planning Board initiatives that impact housing in Lexington.These <br /> initiatives will be presented at an upcoming Town meeting.There was a discussion with Mr. <br /> Hornig regarding the initiatives.The HPB provided feedback and asked questions about the <br /> initiatives. Mr. Hornig addressed the comments and questions. <br /> Mr. Horning said that there will be a public presentation of the articles that will be presented to <br /> Town Meeting. He encouraged the HPB to attend the public meeting.The meeting will probably <br /> be on September 22, but that date is not confirmed. <br /> Ms. Foutter thanked the Planning Board for their time and effort <br /> 3. Adjourn Joint Planning Board and Housing Partnership Board Meeting <br /> Ms. Cohen moved to adjourn the meeting the Housing Partnership Board. Ms. Weiss seconded <br /> the motion.The motion was approved unanimously.The Planning Board also adjourned their <br /> meeting. Both were adjourned at 8:30 pm. <br /> 4. Call to Order Housing Partnership Board Meeting <br /> The meeting was called to order at 8:32. <br /> 5. Affordable Housing Trust(AHT)Task Force Letter <br /> Ms. Foutter suggested that she, Ms. Weiss, and Ms. Cohen form a sub-committee to draft a <br /> letter regarding the AHT Task Force. Mr. Pressman suggested some website <br /> Ms.Thompson moved the formation of the subcommittee, Ms. Corcoran-Ronchetti seconded <br /> the motion.The motion passed unanimously. <br /> 6. Land Acquisition Process Article(Next Steps and Timeline) <br /> Ms. Weiss said that, given the process for approving the article, it is unlikely that an article <br /> would be ready for a Fall Town Meeting. The HPB will continue this discussion at the next <br /> meeting. <br /> 7. Annual Report <br /> Ms. Foutter suggested that she draft the annual report. If it is due to the Town prior to the next <br />
