Motion to approve the minutes of March 3rd, 2021 made by Mr. Pronchick and seconded by Ms. <br /> Murray. By roll call vote,the committee passed the motion 8-0. <br /> b. March 181h 2021 <br /> Motion to approve the minutes of March 18th, 2021 made by Mr. Burnell and seconded by Ms. <br /> Murray. By roll call vote,the committee passed the motion 8-0. <br /> c. April 15Th 2021 <br /> Motion to approve the minutes of April 15Th, 2021 made by Mr. Burnell and seconded by Mr. <br /> Smith. By roll call vote, the committee passed the motion 8-0. <br /> 4. Economic Development Office Updates <br /> Ms. Iyer informed the committee that 10 Maguire Road has been acquired by Greatlands <br /> Property. She also mentioned that her office is working with the Towns of Arlington and <br /> Bedford on a technical assistance grant to help leverage bikepath users to support East Lexington <br /> Businesses. She also let the Committee know that the Economic Development Office was <br /> awarded an additional technical assistance grant to work with MAPC to study the direct and <br /> indirect impact of tourism on the economy of Lexington. <br /> 9:51am <br /> Motion to adjourn made by Mr. Smith and seconded by Mr. Minassian.
