Public Participation via calling in or using your computer was encouraged and a <br /> recording will be available through LexMedia as soon as possible after the meeting. <br /> Commissioners Present: Kevin Beuttell, Duke Bitsko, Ruth Ladd (arrived at 7:00 pm), David <br /> Langseth and Holly Samuels (not present: Alex Dohan and Philip Hamilton) <br /> Associate Members Present: Jason Hnatko <br /> Staff Present: Karen Mullins, Conservation Director <br /> 6:30 PM New Business/Pendine Matters <br /> Insignificant Plan Change/Conservation Plan Modification: 72 Kendall Road, ViewPoint Cloud <br /> Permit# CPM-21-17, DEP4201-1170, CNOI-19-32 (request to install fence in rear yard) <br /> Mr. and Ms. Hongying Gao and Biao Huang, the recent buyers of 72 Kendall Road, are <br /> requesting to install fencing in the rear yard for protection of their small dog. This fence will be <br /> in addition to the required Feno markers as per the Order of Conditions. Neither the exact <br /> location of the gates nor the method of construction for the fence have yet been determined and <br /> the Commission requests that the applicant confirm with the fencing company and then seek <br /> approval from the Commission before installation. <br /> 13:50 (LexMedia Recording) <br /> Insignificant Plan Change/Conservation Plan Modification: 500 Shire Way, ViewPoint Cloud <br /> Permit#CPM-21-18, CDOA-21-1 (approve updated Operation & Maintenance Plan) <br /> Mr. Brian Lawlor, Civil Engineer with SMMA, said he met on site with Ms. Mullins and a <br /> representative from the Cambridge Water Department to discuss and amend the Operation and <br /> Maintenance Plan, with regard to a reduction of treated areas, an increase in seasonal sweeping, <br /> and a change in product for de-icing. Mr. Lawlor stated that there was also a change in product <br /> from Stormceptor to Hydroworks but that they are identical units in terms of size and <br /> performance. The Commission recently approved a project with a similar swap and therefore did <br /> not require an Engineering review to approve. <br /> On a motion by Ms. Samuels and seconded by Mr. Beuttell, the Commission voted 4-0 by roll <br /> call vote to approve this request as an Insignificant Plan Change. <br />
