Parade <br />• Sondra Lucente will ask Joe Rancatore of Rancatore's Ice Cream to supply complimentary ice cream <br />coupons to give to Parade Ambassadors. <br />• Barbara Manfredi will report to the high school parking lot to coordinate the shuttle buses traveling <br />to and from the parade registration desk. <br />Heritage Band of America <br />• Ticket reservations have reached 625 so far (Cary Hall seats 750). <br />• Two volunteers are needed to help with dinner at 5:00; remaining volunteers should report to Cary <br />Hall dressed in black skirt or slacks and white top at 6:15 p.m. <br />The meeting adjourned at 8:40 pm. <br />Respectfully submitted <br />Linda Dixon, Co- Secretary <br />
