Committee members attended the security presentation prior to this <br />meeting. <br />Planning meeting. All stakeholders' meeting is scheduled for 9 am Monday, March 10, <br />2014 in the Selectmen's room. <br />Applications for afternoon parade participation. <br />• The following groups do not ask for compensation to participate. They were <br />accepted by committee members for entry: <br />James W. Flett with five trucks <br />Youville Place van <br />Children's Center of Lexington with two kiddie carts <br />Wilson Farm float <br />Operation Home Ties (portraits of the Massachusetts fallen) <br />• Four compensated groups were accepted for participation: <br />Lexington Minute Men <br />Lexington Fire Department Honor Guard <br />Shriners Clowns <br />
