Square. Fuang is keeping a list of what people are bringing and Emily has agreed <br />to help. The supper is to only include participants and their spouses and the <br />LHRC. We are planning on feeding about 30 people. <br />Linda will have honorarium checks ready for the two long distance travelers. She <br />and the BOS ( ?) are having certificates of appreciation made up for all the panel <br />participants. <br />We have met with Bernie Harleston and given him bios on everyone so that he can <br />prepare to introduce them. <br />We have been in touch with Chief Mark Corr who was unable to meet with us once <br />the storm came upon us, but appreciates being thought of He felt that "it is <br />important for Police representatives to attend these events not only because many <br />lived through these times, but we can anchor memories with a police point of <br />view." <br />Don't know what else we have to think about, but we are pretty much ready for <br />Sunday. <br />Leona W.
