Avenue <br /> - Ed and Christel McCarthy received approval for a fieldstone wall along <br />the westerly property line, not to be more than 2 feet high. Certificate No. 2000C-42 <br /> <br />1761 Mass. Avenue - Fleet Bank - <br />Kris Loughlin received approval for a bronze sign letters <br />same height as existing and 1/4" thick. Also approved color logo. Only one sign was requested <br />for the building. Certificate No. 2000C-43 <br /> <br />763 Mass. Avenue - Follen Church Parsonage <br />- Mart Ojamma received approval to replace 19 <br />windows and storms with Brosco wood windows. Existing exterior trim will be patched and <br />painted as necessary. Certificate No. 2000C-44 <br /> <br />7 Bedford Street - <br />Julie Schauman received approval for a field stone wall on either side of <br />driveway. Continued for driveway, light, and chimney top. Certificate No. 2000C-48 <br /> <br />RCN - <br />No one from RCN showed for meeting regarding pedestals. <br /> <br />31 Curve Street - <br />Bill and David Rothfuchs received approval for a color change. Continued <br />for detail on handholes. Certificate No. 2000C-49 <br /> <br />INFORMAL HEARINGS <br /> <br />Depot Building - <br />David Wells, Historical Society, unable to stay for meeting. Will attend <br />another meeting in future. <br /> <br />2030 Mass. Avenue - <br />Ann Strominger discussed soffit and ridge vent. Will return for formal <br />meeting in June. <br /> <br />7 Percy Road - <br />Masoud Sanayei and Matthew Thenen discussed with the Commission the <br />possibility of demolishing home and rebuilding bigger home. <br /> <br />The meeting was adjourned at 1:15 a.m. Friday. <br /> <br />
