Members present were: <br />James W. Lambie, Chairman; Donald A. Goldmann, M.D., Howard B. Asarkof, D.M.D. <br />and George A. Smith, Director of Public Health. <br />SANITARIAN'S Mr. Smith told the Board that Debbie had finished her inspections and <br />REPORT left him a list of places to go back to for re -inspections. She had gone to <br />restaurants, markets, cafeterias, etc. that were due for their inspection and <br />sent letters out telling what improvements had to take place before re- <br />inspection. <br />Mrs. Halko also had attended the Hazardous Waste Seminar at Harvard and <br />also the "New Food Service Regulations" Seminar at the State Lab in Jamaica <br />Plain, Mass. Mr. Smith said they had relaxed on some things and he is not <br />happy about that so he is going to approach things as he has in the past. He <br />said they are considering allowing "cooking" for the public to be done in <br />residential kitchens. <br />Mr. Smith said that Debbie wanted to thank the Board for all of their <br />kindnesses while she was employed here. <br />RIDGE <br />ESTATES III Mr. Freeman had to re -file for his Ridge Estates III subdivision, Mr. <br />Smith asked for another review of the plans but he said he doesn't feel it is <br />necessary to bring Mr. Freeman in again for another review. <br />Mr. Smith sent Bob Bowyer, Planning Director, a memo on Willow Ridge <br />WILLOW subdivision, Mr. Bowyer said he only had a sketch plan/preliminary plan. <br />RIDGE <br />CASTELLI <br />194 LOWELL <br />STREET <br />COUNTRY <br />SIDES MANORtesting table was done the other day and all other testings are coming out good. <br />This will be a subdivision of <br />Lowell Street) when it is completed. <br />on this but it hasn't come back yet. <br />6 or 7 houses at 194 Lowell Street.
