This <br />hearing is it accordance with Chapter 140. Section 32B of the <br />General Laws. Notice of this hearing was advertised in the local <br />paper on March 11, 1971, es required by this law. <br />Present at the hearing were: Dr. William L. Cosgrove. Chair- <br />man. Board of Health. Mr. James Lambie, Dr. Charles Ellicott, <br />Robert Heustis, Director of Public Health and Mr. Richard Kraska, <br />Proprietor of the Chalet Susse'. Inc. None of the abuttors to the <br />Chalet Susse' Inc., appeared in opposition to this request. <br />The Chalet Susse', Inc., is located on Bedford Street and is <br />serviced by the Pumping Station located on Brook Street.
