Meeting Notes <br />Draft <br />Wednesday, June 1, 2022 <br />6:30 PM – 8:00 PM <br />Location: Via Zoom <br />Facilitator: Steve Poltorzycki <br />Pre-Meeting Tasks <br />Review of minutes from May 11, 2022 meeting <br />Attendance <br />Present: Lisa Herbert, Shalini Kakar, anwell Tsai,Jillian Tung, Marie Hewes, <br />Steve Poltorzycki <br />Absent: Ashley Rooney, Jessie Chen, Doug Urban, David Hoose, Melissa <br />Talal <br />Meeting start time: <br />I. Call to order <br />II. Secretary’s report: Marie Hewes Approved Unanimously. <br />III. Financial update: Steve Poltorzycki <br />●No change from last time. <br />●The town account’s balance is $3,200.00 and after Jillian submits some <br />reimbursement, it should be reduced to 0 as it closes at the end of June. <br />IV. Discovery Day recap: Jillian Tung <br />●Discovery Day was canceled because of the weather even though everything was <br />ready. <br />V. Discussion of summer schedule <br />●Many committees are skipping the month of July because often members are away. <br />We are planning to have our next meeting in August right before the start of school. <br />Skipping July should not be a problem because the Utility Box and the Haiku <br />projects would be done.
