Call to order <br />II. Secretary’s report: Marie Hewes Approved Unanimously. <br />III. Financial update: Steve Poltorzycki <br />●No change from last time. <br />●The town account’s balance is $3,200.00 and after Jillian submits some <br />reimbursement, it should be reduced to 0 as it closes at the end of June. <br />IV. Discovery Day recap: Jillian Tung <br />●Discovery Day was canceled because of the weather even though everything was <br />ready. <br />V. Discussion of summer schedule <br />●Many committees are skipping the month of July because often members are away. <br />We are planning to have our next meeting in August right before the start of school. <br />Skipping July should not be a problem because the Utility Box and the Haiku <br />projects would be done.
