Milton Brown Ronald Brown <br /> Thacher Jenney Raymond L. ?"hi_te, <br /> Torn Accountant <br /> Minutes of the Meeting Held February 5, 1945. <br /> It was regularly moved and voted to dispense <br /> withthe reading of the m1- flutes of the regular meeting <br /> held February 5, 1045. <br /> Mr. Ronald Brown spoke about the School Depart- <br /> ment Pers-nal Services, and asked Mr. Grindle what the <br /> salary schedule would cost us this year over last year. <br /> Mr. Grindle asked Mr. Brown about the Kindergarten. Mr. <br /> Brown stated that the majority of the Appropriation <br /> Committee were in favor of a ki_nlergrten, but not this <br /> year. <br /> At 8:15 P.M. , the School Committee consisting <br /> of Tracy Ames, Webster Thomas and Thomas S. Grindle , <br /> Superintendent of Schools, were admitted to this meeting. <br /> Chairman Hoyt asked "to that extent the present Budget is <br /> the nor alnry schedule involved". Mr. Grindle stated <br /> that the Elementary and Juni. -r High School teachers were <br /> given slightly more than 15%. The Senior High teachers <br /> are given exactly 15%. The amount over the 15% to the <br /> Junior Hi 7h. School teachers was $15.00, and the Elementary <br /> Schools $30.00. The increases this year using the new <br />
