The motion passed. <br />VOTE: 6-0 <br />2.Correspondence: <br />Ms. Rodgers reported that outreach at the Senior Center not only includes a suggestion <br />box, as requested by a resident, but also a rolling bulletin board where comments can be posted. Ms. Hussong <br />volunteered to send a photo of a suggestion box with a short write-up to the newspapers. Ms. Zales reported <br />th <br />that she will be making a presentation about the new Community Center at the Lions Club on March 11. <br />Ms. Ciccolo reported that members of the Carter family, which lived in the mansion at 39 Marrett Road, have <br />contacted the Town about visiting the building before it is renovated. It is hoped that they can provide some <br />historical documentation about the house. She also reported that the original tea set used in the mansion is <br />going to be donated to the Town. <br />The recently updated Work Plan was discussed. There wasn’t consensus on dates for some meetings. <br />ACTION ITEMS: Ms. Ciccolo will conduct a Doodle poll to find a date for meeting with the COA Board. <br />This was originally scheduled for March 5, but that day is needed for a meeting to finalize a March 12 <br />presentation to the BoS. Ms. Ciccolo will conduct a second Doodle poll to find a date when this Committee <br />can walk through the new Community Center while thinking about specific programs.
