Meeting Minutes Community Center Task Force Ask: Would you be willing to to participate in a focus group or take a survey on the prospect of a community center? Website: put on a link where you can sign up to get notices and updates etc from the committee. Survey, LHS kids with clipboards outside CVS on a Saturday? Sandwich board to let people know what we will be doing, (warn them about people coming up to them about surveys) :WHAT DO YOU THINK ? Administrative What about a student member, as long as we have some meaty work left for this kid to do, weigh in on, participate in. Other: Let's think about non - Tuesday meeting so we can catch those with other Tuesday meetings, such as School Committee. Lisah will send another Doodle survey out so we can choose from a large list of possible meeting times /days. The committee voted unanimously to approve the minutes of the 8/25 meeting as amended to correct spelling mistake. The meeting adjourned at 8:48 PM. The next meeting of the CCTF is scheduled for September 27, 2011 at 7:30 pm, participating in the Community Conversation at St. Brigid's Church, Keilty Hall, 2001 Massachusetts Avenue, 6:45pm — 9pm.
