<br />June 28, 2011 <br />Minutes <br />Town of Lexington Appropriation Committee <br />June 28,2011 <br />Place and time: Public Services Building Cafeteria, 7:00PM <br />Members present: Glenn Parker (Chair), John Bartenstein (Vice Chair and Secretary), Joe Pato <br />(Vice Chair), Robert Cohen, Mollie Garberg, Alan Levine, Susan McLeish, Rob Addelson (ex <br />officio, non-voting) <br />The Committee joined the Board of Selectmen, the School Committee,and the Capital <br />Expenditures Committee for a summit to discuss the Estabrook, Bridge and Bowman school <br />renovationand replacement projects. <br />The agenda items were: <br />1.Discussion of Project Schedules, Funding Plan/Potential Debt Exclusion for Bridge, <br />Bowman and Estabrook School Projects <br />2.Discussion of Other Major Capital Projects and Funding Options (Roads, Athletic Fields) <br />Please see the attached minutes of the Board of Selectmen, which are published on the Town <br />web site athttp://lexingtonma.gov/selectmen.cfmand which are also available in the Town <br />Clerk’s office, for details. <br />The meeting was adjourned at approximately 9:00PM. <br />A list of documents and other exhibits used at the meeting is attached. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />John Bartenstein <br />ApprovedAugust 18, 2011 <br />-1- <br /> <br />
