Council <br />Scholarship mechanism, The P.T.A. Council Scholarship Committee shall <br />consult with the skating coach at Hayden to finalize the choice. <br />(6) If in any year no qualified applicant is available, the income for that year <br />shall be added to the principal. <br />(7) In any award year, monies may be added to increase the amount of the <br />scholarship.
