MINUTES – LEXINGTON CONSERVATION COMMMISSION MEETING April 19, 2011 <br /> <br /> <br />8:02 pm Cont. Hearing: NOI, 9 Brigham Road, <br /> DEP# 201-815, BL 773; Map 56, Lot 214 <br /> <br />A representative for the applicant’s tree service came before the Commission <br />regarding the removal of three trees. The proposal consisted of parking a crane in <br />the driveway. Cutting trees down with a chainsaw and lifting them over the house <br />by crane. Stumps would not be ground down no equipment would enter the back <br />yard. <br />The Commission agreed to approve tree removal as proposed. <br /> <br />8:05 pm Issue Order of Conditions: 150 Waltham Street, <br /> DEP# 201-813, BL 771; Map 49, Lot 23 <br /> Motion made and seconded to issue Order of Conditions, 4-0 in favor. <br /> <br /> Issue Order of Conditions: 14 Woodpark Circle, <br /> DEP# 201-816, BL 774; Map 59, Lot 192 <br /> Motion made and seconded to issue Order of Conditions, 4-0 in favor. <br /> <br />8:07 pm Appoint representatives to Land Management Subcommittee, <br />Phil Hamilton explained the representatives’ roles would be to serve as an <br />advisory committee to the subcommittee and provide input and feedback related to <br />issues at Willard’s Woods.
