MINUTES – LEXINGTON CONSERVATION COMMMISSION MEETING March 8, 2011 <br /> <br />Cont. Hearing: ANRAD, 38 Adams Street <br /> DEP# 201-810, BL 768, Map 63, Lot 106 <br />Motion made and seconded to continue hearing to March 22, 2011 at the <br />applicants request, 5-0 in favor. <br /> <br /> <br /> 65 Hayden Avenue: 748-Buffer Zone Plantings, <br /> Karen Mullins and Duke Bitsko will go on site visit. <br /> <br /> <br /> ATM Zoning Articles – Article 41 <br />Karen Mullins asked the Commission for comment regarding 41 Hartwell Avenue <br />Land request for zoning change from RO to CM. <br />The Commission responded that the land would still be subject to wetland <br />protection regulations. <br /> <br /> <br />8:35 pm Issue Order of Conditions, 12-18 Hartwell Avenue, <br /> DEP# 201-807, BL 764; Map 84, Lot 70C <br /> <br />Administrator Mullins requested clarification of conditions concerning snow <br />storage.
