However, the meeting time, place and agenda were posted in <br />accordance with the Open Meeting law. <br /> <br />Attached to the Minutes are the Agenda, Charge, and list of Committee Members. <br /> <br />Welcome: Jane Trudeau, Nancy Adler, and Pam Hoffman <br />● <br /> An idea whose time has come <br />● <br /> The concept on integrating programs that serve both old and young <br />● <br /> Who are the stakeholders? <br />● <br /> What are their needs? <br />● <br /> What facilities are needed to meet those needs? <br />● <br /> Selectmen voted unanimously to create the Task Force <br />● <br /> Committee was carefully chosen not only to represent a broad segment <br /> of the community, but also for the ability of its individual members <br /> to work well as a team <br />● <br /> We are creating a concept NOT a building <br />● <br /> Is there a community consensus as to the need? <br /> <br />
