Meeting Notes <br />Community Center Task Force <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Who (what demographic) are coming to you and for what needs; and, who are <br />coming to you with needs that you cannot meet? <br /> <br /> <br />General report of the human services that are being provided could be helpful <br /> <br /> <br />What other Town departments do you interact/work with? <br /> <br /> <br />Who else should we talk too? <br />Hank M. offered perspective about the types of Human Services the Town has provided <br />over the years, and how its evolved over the years <br />Other points for consideration regarding conduct, format, and information during the <br />interviews include: <br /> <br /> <br />Collection of aging / general demographic info would be helpful <br /> <br /> <br />The CCTF should address what services do we as a municipality need or should be <br />providing to our citizens – perhaps some functions should be directed to non-profit <br />private providers. <br /> <br /> <br />Send department guests questions ahead of time. <br /> <br /> <br />Interviews should focus on critical information and be sensitive to stay away from <br />probing questions <br /> <br /> <br />Organizational charts and SF data can be helpful during discussions <br /> <br /> <br />Meeting in the department spaces could prove informative <br /> <br />thth <br />The next meetings of the CCTF are scheduled for June 28 and July 5, 7:30 p.m., <br />location to be determined. <br /> <br />
