Any further revisions should be sent to <br />Laura H. <br />Question for Lexington Groups <br />Questions for the Lexington Departments was sent to the Laura via email in the previous <br />weeks, collected, and distributed prior to and at the meeting for general discussion and <br />fine tuning. <br />In order to sset the tone of the questions, the CCTF discussed its charge. There was vocal <br />support to recognize that the needs assessment phase of the work will determine whether <br />the services should will, or should, be accommodated by one building or two, partially <br />utilizing existing facilities, or even being delivered / exist in a virtual online capacity. <br />Below is a list of questions discussed, which accompany those already distributed. <br /> <br /> <br />What is missing vs how can you utilize a community center? <br /> <br /> <br />What do you wish you had? <br /> <br /> <br />What spaces are underutilized? <br /> <br /> <br />What is working with your current space and what are the biggest problems? <br /> <br /> <br />What can you not do now, or can do better? <br /> <br /> <br />What is your dream space…is it using multiple spaces around town? Does it <br />include or is it a virtual space? <br /> <br />
