Presented by Erik Lund. <br /> MOTION: To amend the Zoning By-Law by adding at the, <br /> end of paragraph 3. of subsection (d) under the caption <br /> C 2 Districts in section 5. thereof the following new <br /> subparagraph c.: <br /> (Approved <br /> by c, Residential apartaents in the same structure <br /> Attorney with one or more uses permitted in paragraphs 1. through <br /> General, 5., inclusive, of subsection (c) of this section 5. <br /> Elliot L. , under the caption C. 1 Districts, subject to all of the <br /> Richardson, following conditions : <br /> May 20, <br /> 1968. ) (1) There shall be ,no apartments on other than the <br /> second and third floor, and no other use on the same— <br /> floor as apartments or on any, floor above such apart- <br /> ments; <br /> (2) There shall be provided on the same lot as the <br /> apartments and reserved for use by the tenants of such <br /> apartments parking facilities equivalent to at least <br /> one parking space for each room designed for or used <br /> as a bedroom; <br /> (3) Thee shall be provided and maintained on the <br /> same lot as the apartments an open, landscaped area, <br /> available and accessible to the apartment tenants, <br /> containing an aggregate area not less than- the gross <br /> floor area allocated to apartments, or , one-fourth <br /> acre per apartment structure, whichever is greater, <br /> provided, however,, that this condition shall be <br /> deemed to be satisfied by the existence of public park, <br /> recreation or open space land located contiguous to <br /> such lot or separated therefrom only by a street <br /> designed for not more than two traffic, lanes. <br /> 9:55 P.
