VOTED: That the Selectmen be and they hereby are author- <br /> ized to install such sewer mains, water mains, and conduits <br /> for future water mains as they may deem appropriate under <br /> Presented the portion of Route 128 being reconstructed in the Town, <br /> by including ramps, maintenance roads and adjoining land, by <br /> Ruth entering into a contract with the Commonwealth of Massa- <br /> Morey chusetts, represented by its Department of Public Works, <br /> to have the work performed by the contractor engaged by <br /> the Commonwealth for such reconstruction, the cyst of such <br /> installation to be paid by the Town to such contractor; <br /> and to appropriate therefor the sum of $60,000 and provide <br /> for payment by transfer from the Excess and Deficiency <br /> Account. <br /> Carried Unanimously 8:25 P. Presented by Ruth Morey. <br /> VOTED: To establish as a town way and accept the layout <br /> of as a town way, Station Way from Edison Way to Municipal <br /> Parking Area a distance of 73 feet, more or less, north- <br /> easterly, as laid out by the Selectmen and shown upon a <br /> plan on file in the office of the Town Clerk, dated <br /> September 1, 1961, and to authorize the Selectmen to take <br /> by eminent domain, purchase or otherwiseacquire any fee, <br /> easement or other interest in land necessary therefor; <br /> and to appropriate for such land acquisition and con- <br /> struction the sum of $12,500 and to provide for payment <br /> thereof by transfer from the Excess and Deficiency Account. <br /> 8:28 P.
