315 <br /> Article 30. Presented by Allan F. Kenney. <br /> MOTION: That this article be indefinitely postponed. <br /> Carried Unanimously 10:47 P. M. <br /> Article 31. Presented by Allan F. Kenney. <br /> MOTION: To appropriate the sum. of $60,000.00 to be <br /> used in conjunction with money previously appropriated <br /> under Article 23 of the Warrant for the 1970 Annual Town <br /> Meeting and under Article 34 of the Warrant for the 1971 <br /> Annual Town Meeting for the construction under Chapter <br /> 90 highway construction of all or any part of the section <br /> of East Street between Lowell Street and Grant Street <br /> and for a distance of 80 feet easterly of Lowell Street, <br /> and to provide for payment thereof by transfer from the <br /> Excess and Deficiency Account. <br /> 10:48 P. M. <br /> Albert P. Zabin moved for indefinite postponement. <br /> 10:52 P. M. <br /> After general discussion, Joseph 0. Rooney moved the <br /> previous question which was declared carried by voice <br /> vote. 11 :05 P. M. <br /> Motion to indefinitely postpone Article 31 declared <br /> lost by voice vote. 11 :05 P. M. <br /> Motion, as presented by Mr. Kenney, declared carried <br /> by voice vote. 11 :05 P. M. <br /> The Moderator stated that he had notes from Stephen T. Russian <br /> and Charles F. Gallagher, Jr. before th6 meeting to the effect that <br /> they would not vote on the School Department Personal Service budget <br /> as their wives worked for the School Department. <br /> 11:07 P. M. <br /> Allan F. Kenney moves that the meeting be adjourned to Wednesday, <br /> March 22, 1972, 8 P. M. in Cary Memorial Hall. <br /> Carried by voice vote. 11 :06 P.
