Small moved that Article 25 of the Town <br /> Warrant be amended by inserting after the words "may <br /> desire to consider" the following phrase: <br /> , "including consideration of the need for public <br /> transportation within the town and the relationship of <br /> public transportation to the planning and layout of <br /> public streets; " 10:23 P.
