MM2_ <br />ABATEMENT OF SEWER CHARGES IN LIEU OF BETTERMENT, 989 WOBURN STREET <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to table the request <br />of John E. Lyons, for abatement of sewer charges in lieu of betterments for <br />property at 999 Woburn Strut, as recommended by the Town Manager. <br />TREE HEARINGS, HANCOCK STREET <br />The Board reviewed the recommendations of Walter J. Tonasxuck, Director <br />of Public Works/Engineering, based on procedures at Hearings on <br />March 24, 1986, that nine trees be removed in conjunction with improvements <br />to Hancock St. No neighborhood opposition had been expressed at the <br />hearing. <br />Upon notion duly made and seconded, it was voted to approve removal of <br />nine trees on Hancock Street, as shown on a plan entitled "Tree Removal, <br />Street, Drain & Water Main Construction, Hancock Street ", dated March 19, <br />1986, sheet 9 of 140 <br />ONE DAY LIQUOR LICENSE ST. BRIGID'S CHURCH <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to approve the <br />application of St. Brigid's Parish, for One Day Liquor License for Saturday, <br />May 10th, for the celebration of the 45th anniversary of Msgr. Keilty in the <br />priesthood. <br />INNKEEPER'S LICENSE ATLANTIC HOTELS INC. d b a CATCH PENNY CHALET <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to approve the <br />application of Atlantic Hotels, Inc., new owners of Catch Penny Chalet, 440 <br />Bedford Street, for Innkeepers License, to expire on December 91, 1988. <br />ANNUAL VFW POPPY DRIVE <br />Upon notion duly made and seconded, it was voted to approve the request <br />of Lexington Post #9007, Veterans of Foreign Wars, for permission to conduct <br />its annual Poppy Drive on May 15, 18, and 17, 1996, as recommended by the <br />Town Manager. <br />CONTRACT 88 -9 -E BRICK STEP RECONSTRUCTION <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to award Contract <br />86-9 -E in the amount of $15,125.00 to N. Sacca & Sons, Inc. P.O. Box 445, <br />Arlington, MA, for brick step reconstruction between Cary Hall and the <br />Police Station. <br />
