Selectmen's Meeting � February 18, 1986 <br />PROCLAMATION CAMP FIRE BIRT WEEK <br />Upon motion duly made and 'seconded, it was voted to proclaim March 16 <br />to March 22, 1996 as Camp Fire Birthday Week, in recognition of the 76th <br />birthday of that organization. <br />ONE DAY LI VOR LICENSE W.R. GRACE RAE <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to approve the <br />application of W, R. Grace and Company RAEDACC for a one -day Liquor License <br />on February 24, 1966, for an employee farewell party to be held at 55 Hayden <br />Avenue. <br />WATER AND SEWER ABATEMENTS <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to approve abatement <br />of sewer user charges in the total amount of $999.13, for properties not <br />connected to Town sewer and therefore exempt from such charges; and of water <br />Poft charges in the total amount of $61.60, for adjustments to estimates. <br />CONSERVATION RESTRICTION - PHEASANT BROOK ESTATES <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to reexecute a <br />Conservation Restriction over portions of lots as set forth on a definitive <br />subdivision plan entitled "Pheasant Brook Estates, Lexington Massachusetts ", <br />dated April 2, 1964, revised July 20, 1964 and November 6, 1964. <br />CONSERVATION RESTRICTION - MASSP4RT /BEDFORD LINE <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to. approve and execute <br />a Conservation Restriction of a 2.9 acre lot at the Bedford line owned by <br />MASSPORT, in order to protect the natural and watershed resources of the <br />Town. <br />KATAHDIN WOODS COMPREHENSIVE PERMIT APPLICATION <br />A draft statement to the Board of Appeals on the proposed Katandin <br />Woods project prepared by Ms. Adler, was reviewed by the Board. In response <br />to the Chairman's request for any suggested revisions, several changes were <br />submitted by Mr. Dailey and agreed to by the Board. <br />Mr. Trautman, 277 Wood Street, and other abuttors present expressed <br />concerns regarding the proposal with respect to integration in the <br />PON neighborhood; environmental impact; scale of the buildings; density; traffic <br />impact; inadequate buffering of commercial abuttors; and location of the <br />main access on Wood Street. <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to approve the amended <br />recommendations of the Board of Selectmen for conditions and comments to be <br />included in a Comprehensive Permit, if approved by the Board of Appeals for <br />the Katandin Woods development, as follows: <br />
