One -Lay Liquor <br />License and its r e q uest for <br />� � permission to serve wine in Cary Hall, on March <br />22, 1988, <br />1-DAY LICENSE -- ROTARY CLUB <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to approve the r <br />applicati of the Lexington Rotary Club for a One Lay Liquor License, and <br />its request for permission to serve alcoholic beverages in Cary Hall on <br />April 18, 1886 <br />PROCLAMATION - VISITING NURSES <br />- <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to proclaim February <br />27, 1888, as "Visiting Nurse and Community Health, Inc. Lay ", as requested <br />by Visiting Nurse and Community Health, Inc. <br />FRANKLIN SCHOOL MORTGAGE AMENDMENT <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded it was voted to a <br />F y , approve and execute <br />a Subordination Agreement and Amendment to Mortgage and Security Agreement <br />with the Franklin School Housing Limited Partnership, confirming that the <br />Town mortgage shall be subject and subordinate to the MHFA Financing <br />Documents. <br />HANSCOM - PAYMENTS I N- - -LIEU OF TAXES - AMICK <br />Mfr. Hutchinson referenced a letter from Senator Carol Amick to Boards <br />of Selectmen and Finance Committees in Bedford, Lexington, Concord, Lincoln, <br />dated October 25, 1885, regarding legislation to be filed which would <br />authorize and direct MassPort to make payments in lieu of taxes to the above <br />mentioned Towns. The Senator asked that the Boards of Selectmen sign on as <br />co- sponsors of the bill, to be filed f the upcoming session. MassPort <br />carries a tax - exempt status and the bill would direct MassPort t enter i nto <br />agreements with towns surrounding Hanscom Field, whereby MassPort'would make <br />payments proportionate to the financial burden incurred by each town <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to support 5.1880, as <br />requested by Senator Amick. <br />YOUTH COMMISSION APPT -- CALVIN <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to approve the <br />appointment by the Town Manager of Cynthia K. Calvin to the Lexington Youth <br />Commission for a term of three years, ■■r► <br />
