SELECTMEN'S MEETING <br />January 27, 1985 <br />A regular meeting of the Board of Selectmen was held on Monday, January <br />27, 1985, in the Selectmen's Meeting Room, Town Office Building, at 7:90 <br />p.m. Acting Chairman McLaughlin, Mrs. Battin, Mr. Eddison, Mr. Dailey; Mr. <br />Hutchinson, Town Managers Mr. Cohen, Town Counsel; Ms. Adler, Assistant to <br />Town Manager; MrsW Snow, Executive Clerk, were present. <br />VOTE TO LAY OUT STREETS POSTPONED <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to postpone the vote <br />to lay out FY87 streets as publi ways, to February 11, 1985, at 7:90 p.m., <br />rather than on February 18, 1985, as originally scheduled. <br />PUBLIC HEARING _ EDISON COMPANY, MAGUIRE R OAD <br />Mr. McLaughlin opened the Public Hearing on the petition of Boston <br />Edison Company for installation of conduit on Maguire Road. <br />Mr. Tonaszuck's memorandum of January 13, 1988, recommending approval <br />of the request was read by the Acting Chai <br />Edward Chisholm, present to represent Boston Edison, explained the need <br />for installation for service to Itek Corporation. <br />There being no comments in favor or in opposition, Mr. McLaughlin <br />declared the hearing closed. <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to approve the <br />petition, plans and orders of Boston Edison Company, for the purpose of <br />installing approximately sixty-seven (67.) feet of conduit in the following <br />location: <br />Maguire Road - southerly approximately 217 feet southeast of Westvi ,ew <br />Street, a distance of about 15 feet - conduit. <br />Maguire Road - southerly approximately 241 feet southeast o f Westview <br />Street, a distance of about 52 feet - condu <br />MINUTES <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to table action on the <br />Minutes of December 80, 1985, and to approve as presented the Minutes of the <br />Selectmen's Meeting on January 19, 1988: <br />CONSERVATION COMMISSION TOWN COUNSEL <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded,it was voted to approve the request <br />of the Conservation Commission for use of the services of Town Counsel to <br />begin legal proceedings against Aldo and Bruno Gallinelli, 157 -189 North <br />Street, in order to protect the interests of the Town. <br />HISTORIC DISTRICTS COMMISSION REAPPOINTMENTS DAVIES <br />III I 11 � - - -- - - - I�UPIIIIIi119119iIPPl��1 <br />WM <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to reappoint John L. <br />Davies, representing the Lexington Historical Society, to the Historic <br />Districts Commission for a term of office to expire on January 1, 19919 <br />
