Notes from the Lexington Public Information <br />Meeting and a summary of the Minuteman Bikeway Committee's findings will <br />be included. <br />Mr., Eddison presented draft copies of a letter which will be sent <br />to committee chairmen, requesting suggestions on text of a talent bank <br />questionnaire and asking for corrections /revisions to a description of <br />their particular committee's functions and criteria for membership. Mr. <br />- Marshall suggested that consideration .be given. to a more extensive adver- <br />t isement of committee vacancies. These matters will be scheduled for <br />detailed discussion at the meeting of August 6. <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to approve the <br />following appointments of candidates submitted for membership in the <br />Hanscom Field Advisory Commission: <br />Fred J. The League of women COASTWEEK <br />Voters, who had requested this proclamation in conjunction with Governor <br />Dukakis' state wide observance of COASTWEEK, will prepare the t ext of the <br />proclamation for execution by the Board at a later time. <br />.
