5 <br />VV V <br />SELECTMEN MEETI <br />�x <br />r <br />May 1, 19$2 <br />A regular meeting of the Board of Selectmen was held in the Selectmen' <br />Meeting loom, Town Off ice Building on Wednesday, May 12, 1982 a t 7:30 P .M. <br />Chairman Busa, Mrs. Ba.ttin, Mr. Crain, Mr. Politi, Mr. Sacco; Mr. Hutchinson, <br />Town Manager; Mr. Cohen, Town Counsel. , ..r�lss,Adl Assistant to the Town <br />Manager and Miss Casey, Executive Cle kwer pros nt <br />The Chairman convened the meeting and read a request from the Le ing- Battle <br />ten Lodge #2204 Elks for permission to use the Battle Green for its annual Green <br />Flag Day Ceremony on June 14 a t 7:00 P.M. Elks <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to approve the re- <br />quest o the Lexington Lodge No. 2204 Elks for the use of the Battle Green <br />o n June 14 at 7:00 P . M, for its annual. Flag Day Ceremony. <br />Mr. Crain is to represent the Board at the ceremony. <br />The Manager reported to the Board that he had received a letter this Police <br />afternoon from the Police Union indicating that they had accepted the last Union <br />Po.! off er for the Police Contract which is consistent with the wage guidelines Contract <br />established by the Board which was slightly inexcess of 7. He is to have <br />more information for the Monday meeting. <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded., it was voted 5-0, by roll, call Executive <br />voted, Mr. Musa, Mrs. Batt-in, Mr, Crain, Mr. Polio and Mr. Sacco to go Session <br />into Exe utive Session to discuss matters of litigation with no .intention <br />of resuming the open session. <br />After dicuss.lon, the Board voted to adjourn at 7 :50 P #M. <br />A true record, Attest: <br />t I <br />Executive Cler <br />
