Clarke. <br /> MOTION: That the sum of $5,000.00 be appropriated to be expended <br /> by the Selectmen as authorized by Chapter 570 of the Acts of 1962 <br /> for reimbursing subdividers for part of the cost of constructing <br /> ways or installing municipal services, as required by the Planning <br /> Board in its approval of definitive subdivision plans under the <br /> Subdivision Control Law, of a greater width or size than would be <br /> required to serve the subdivision alone, the reimbursement as to <br /> any subdivision not to exceed the amount recommended by the Planning <br /> Board, and that such amount be raised in the tax levy. <br /> Carried by voice vote. 10:36 P. M. <br /> Allan F. Kenney moved that this meeting be adjourned to Wednesday, March 19, <br /> 1975 at B P. M. in the Cary Memorial Hall. <br /> Carried by voice vote. 10:36 P.
