M. <br /> Eric T. Clarke, Chairman of the Planning Board, stated that he has <br /> no objection to Mr. Silverman's amendment. <br /> 11:10 P. M. <br /> William E. Maloney, Jr. moved the previous question which was <br /> declared carried by voice vote. <br /> 11:12 P. M. <br /> Motion to amend, as offered by Mr. Silverman, declared carried by <br /> voice vote. 11:13 P.
