M. <br /> Article 13. Presented by Allan F. Kenney. <br /> MOTION: That the Selectmen be and they hereby are authorized to <br /> install street lights in such unaccepted streets as they may <br /> determine prior to the final adjournment of the 1976 Annual Town <br /> Meeting. <br /> Carried Unanimously 8:38 P. M. <br /> Article 14. Presented by Allan F. Kenney. <br /> MOTION: That this article be indefinitely postponed. <br /> Carried Unanimously 8:39 P. M. <br /> Article 15. Presented by Allan F. Kenney. <br /> MOTION: That the Town Treasurer, with the approval of the Selectmen, <br /> be and he hereby is authorized to borrow money from time to time in <br /> anticipation of the revenue for the fiscal year beginning July 1, <br /> 1975, and to issue a note or notes therefor, payable within one year, <br /> in accordance with provisions of General Laws, Chapter 44, Section 4 <br /> as amended and to renew any note or notes as may be given for a <br /> period of less than one year, in accordance with the provisions of <br /> General Laws, Chapter 44, Section 17. <br /> Carried Unanimously 8:39 P. M. <br /> Article 16. Presented by Alfred S. Busa. <br /> MOTION: That the Selectmen be and they hereby are authorized to <br /> install curbing at such locations as they may determine, and to <br /> appropriate therefor the sum of $5,000.00, and that such amount be <br /> raised in the tax levy. <br /> 8:39 P. M. <br /> Edward E. Furash moved that this article be indefinitely postponed. <br /> 8 :40 P. M. <br /> Mr. Furash's motion that this article be indefinitely postponed was <br /> declared carried by voice vote. <br /> 8:43 P. M. <br /> Article 17. Presented by Alfred S. Busa. <br /> MOTION: 'That the Selectmen be and they hereby are authorized to <br /> (See install drains in such accepted or unaccepted streets or other land as <br /> Pg. 29 the Selectmen may determine, including the widening, deepening or <br /> altering the course of brooks, streams and water courses and the <br /> and construction of new channels in said other land, in accordance with <br /> Chapter 263 of the Acts of 1926, as amended, or otherwise, and to take <br /> Pg. 50) by eminent domain, purchase or otherwise acquire any fee, easement <br /> or other interest in land necessary therefor; and to appropriate the <br /> sum of $50,000.00 for such installation and land acquisition, and <br /> that such amount be raised in the tax levy. <br /> 8:43 P. M. <br /> Edward E. Furash moved to delete the sum of $50,000.00 and to sub- <br /> stitute therefor the sum of $25,000.00. <br /> 8:45 P. M. <br /> Joan P. Crothers moved that consideration of this article be post- <br /> poned until after Article 38 has been completed. <br /> 8:53 P. M. <br />
